Thomas' Apartment is an Asian-American indie-alternative-rock band from Los Angeles, fused together by a deep passion for music.

The members joined forces while attending UCLA in 1999 and within the living room of Thomas' apartment, they jammed every week... and after years and years of songwriting and practicing, they have now produced 2 critically acclaimed albums, with no signs of slowing down.

The five members practice a remarkable method of democratic songwriting in which all members contribute -- lyrics, chords, songwriting, instrumentation, with a wide range of influences -- and once they agree on what sounds good, what you get is an eclectic tapestry that is so familiar yet so unique. They have graced stages all over America, and in 2007 they rocked out a nationwide tour with much success. They hope their passion and sincerity in their unique musical identity will resonate with their fans, and allow an escape from the static buzz of alternative-rock that currently plagues the airwaves.

Wong Fu first heard of the group through Magnetic North, which collaborated with T'Apt on a song off the Synchrony album. After hearing a few tracks talk for a music video began.

In the meantime, Philip was finishing up his short "Just a Nice Guy" and felt a few of the tracks from "Synchrony" would be perfect. T'Apt was kind enough to let Philip use their music for the short.
